What is Closamo?
Closamo is the AI sales agent that finds, follows up and closes. It qualifies companies, prepares the follow-up and aims for a meeting. At launch: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec, English Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.
What happens without WhatsApp or Gmail?
Search, enrichment and the CRM still work. Sends stay simulated until that channel is connected.
Can the agent send without asking?
Not by default. Copilot prepares and you approve. Autopilot turns on only after the checklist, and one switch suspends every campaign.
How do you stop it?
Suspend all campaigns stops the queue. A reply, STOP or a hard bounce ends that record's sequence.
Does Closamo send without a legal basis?
No. Each contact stores a country and a consent basis. If the basis is missing, a real send is blocked or sent back to review. The rule depends on the country: CNIL, Belgium, UWG, CASL, PECR or CAN-SPAM.
