You describe your offer and the area you target. Closamo queries the public sources that are configured: business registers, published job posts, search engines and your own lead forms. Every signal keeps its source and date. The score says what it knows and leaves unknowns as "undetermined" instead of guessing.
Every contact carries a country and a legal basis. If the basis is missing, the real send is blocked or sent back for review. Every email has an unsubscribe link, a STOP reply ends the sequence and an unsubscribed contact is never contacted again. Data is hosted in Europe. Seven markets at launch: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec, English Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. The interface is in French and English, and each message follows the language and rules of the prospect's country.
In Settings > Email. Most mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, hosting providers) connect with an app password in three guided steps. The Google connection is used only to write to contacts who agreed to be contacted or who wrote to you first. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time.
Starter 49, Pro 99 and Agency 249 a month, excluding tax. Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve: 490, 990 and 2,490. Only Starter has a 3-day trial, once, with a card. There are no credits: each plan has daily caps.
Closamo puts quality before volume. Each message is written for one company from a visible fact, and you approve it before it is sent. Sending respects caps, the country's business hours and a switch that pauses every campaign.
Search, enrichment and the CRM still work. Sends stay simulated until that channel is connected. WhatsApp (QR code connection) pairs your own number. Pro: 20 messages a day. Agency: 200. WhatsApp may restrict a number used for unsolicited messages.
By default, no. Copilot drafts the message and you validate it. Auto-send is a tick on the Agent page. It respects plan caps, the market hours and the switch that suspends every campaign. Follow-ups go out on day 3 and day 7, then stop on a reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe. The Starter trial cannot turn it on.
Suspend all campaigns stops the queue. A reply, STOP or a hard bounce ends that record's sequence.
No. Each contact stores a country and a consent basis. If the basis is missing, a real send is blocked or sent back to review. The rule depends on the country: CNIL, Belgium, UWG, CASL, PECR or CAN-SPAM.
The 3-day trial is only on Starter, once per account, with a card. Caps are lower. Pro and Agency are paid immediately, monthly or yearly. After 3 days, the workspace becomes read-only unless the subscription is paid.
Ten times the monthly price, charged once for twelve months. 49 becomes 490, 99 becomes 990, 249 becomes 2,490. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
Secure card payment. The card number is not stored at Closamo. You cancel from settings.
A refund is possible only if no search has been run since the payment. As soon as one search has been run, the period is delivered and is not refundable. You can cancel at any time: access stays open until the end of the paid period.
