# Closamo Closamo is a B2B sales agent from Stream-It Dev. It finds companies that match an offer, writes a first message from what it can see, and waits for the user to validate it. Nothing is sent without that validation. Copilot is the default. Quality comes before volume. It is not a bulk sender. Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve: 490, 990 and 2490. France, Belgium, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are billed in euros. The United States and Canada are billed in dollars. Card payment is in that billed currency. Starter includes one 3-day trial, once, with a card. Pro and Agency are charged immediately. Cancellation is possible at any time. Access stays open until the end of the paid period. A refund is possible only if no search has been run since the payment. Once a search has been run, that period is delivered and is not refundable. After an unpaid trial or an unpaid subscription, the workspace becomes read-only: the user can sign in, read the CRM and export it as CSV. Data is kept 30 days, then deleted. Closamo searches public sources that are actually configured, scores a company without turning an unknown into zero, and drafts a first message. Copilot is the default: the user approves before anything is sent. Auto-send is a tick on the Agent page. It respects plan caps, market hours and a global kill switch. Follow-ups go out on day 3 and day 7, and stop on a reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe. A daily digest email sums the pipeline. The Starter trial cannot turn auto-send on. Writing is done by Closamo AI, or by a template when it is not connected. WhatsApp (QR code connection) uses the user's own number. Sends go only to published business numbers or opted-in contacts. Pro is capped at 20 a day, Agency at 200, with a warm-up and random delays. WhatsApp may restrict a number used for unsolicited messages. The official Cloud API stays available when META_APP_ID is set. LinkedIn is assisted only: Closamo uses a profile URL already found on a public page, writes a 300-character connection note and a message, and the user opens the profile, copies the text and marks it sent. Closamo does not sign in to LinkedIn and does not automate the account. Agency white-label is included. The logo, the color and the sender name appear on the PDF report and on the shared page at https://closamo.com/r/, with no Closamo name on that page. The digest, a hot lead and a reply leave from the agency mailbox already connected, under the sender name. If you already have a domain, that hostname can show the same page. It is not required. Account and billing emails stay Closamo. Starter and Pro do not include this. Every workspace can create one API key, shown once, and a signed webhook for prospect.created, message.sent, reply.received and deal.updated.
